September 25--Our final Paddle Dinner of the season using local foods!!!  This unique trip includes a guided paddle on the Haw River in the afternoon followed by a luxuriant five-course meal with wine pairing at Benjamin Vineyards (vegetarian meals available).  For $75 you can see and taste the wonderful natural resources of the Haw River Valley! The river trip will be a 2-3 hour scenic canoe/kayak trip on a stretch of river enjoyable for paddlers of all skill levels. Dinner will be a five course culinary delight prepared by Chelafay Catering, with each course accompanied by the fine wines of Andy Zeman.  Dinner starts at 6:30 p.m.  To make reservations, please contact the Haw River Canoe and Kayak Company at 336-260-6465.  (If you're not a paddler, you can join us just for dinner--but please make reservations  .)

October 2--Join us for a Women's Evening Paddle where your female river guides lead a "women only" group. The two-and-a-half hour river trip begins at 3:00 p.m., while egrets and great blue herons settle for their evening rest, and concludes at Benjamin Vineyards & Winery for a glass of wine, light fare, and a relaxing chair massage. It's a unique trip designed by women for women. Fee: $50 per person with a canoe or kayak provided. Advanced reservations requires.
